BUDGETING

After prequalification, a budget is set so you know exactly what you can afford.

PREPARING A LOT

A site inspection will take place. If you do not already have a building lot, we will help you find one that suits your needs.

DESIGN

Once we get your needs, wants and main design of your home, we start the floor plan process to get the layout you need. Once we have all the changes made, the plans are presented to you for a final sign-off.

FINALIZE

Once loan financing is secured by a lender of your choice, construction can begin.

THE WORKFLOW

Construction inside Hampton Homes facility begins as well work on the job site happens simultaneously.

Typically the process is complete 30 to 90 days from the day of setting.

*Due to supply chain issues we are seeing 6-8 month building timelines

0-30 Days

  • Modular units are constructed offsite 60-90% complete
  • Units are delivered to the job site on specially designed carriers
  • Onsite construction begins with lot clearing, footers, foundation, electrical, well, septic, etc...

30-60 Days

  • Home is set on to a permanent perimeter foundation
  • Onsite finishing of home

60-90 Days

  • Inspection of onsite work by building officials
  • Certificate of occupancy / final walk-thru
