We are a modular home-building company in Coldwater, Michigan and we seek motivated individuals with a drive to sell homes and assist our full-time sales representatives. We are a licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a builder, so a licensed Real Estate Agent may be a plus, but it is not mandatory. The right candidate will be motivated, self-managed, able to work on weekends, enjoy working in a team environment, enjoy working with people, confident with multitasking, can efficiently operate a computer, and be open to corrective criticism.

Examples of the job duties include but are not limited to searching for new customers, creating customer quotes with our excel spreadsheet, inputting and managing leads with a CRM database, educating buyers about the different home options and plans available, scheduling and attending meetings with potential new customers, securing building permits and preparing lender documents. We would consider an applicant that is willing to perform the listed duties and who can be a reliable team player.

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: Depends on experience and ability to sell homes
Expected hours: 20 plus hours per week
Schedule: Day shift
Experience: preferred 2 years of sales experience
Work Location: In our office
